Vertical screw lift system and tubular screw conveyors for sale

The vertical spiral lift system consists of a horizontal screw feeder and a vertical screw conveyor. The horizontal screw feeder can transport the material from a silo or hopper, or simply to the upstream feeding device, consisting of a carbon steel U-shaped or tubular groove with proper surface treatment. In any case, the outlet area includes a short tubular portion with a right-angle bend at the bottom of a vertical screw conveyor. A flange is welded at both ends of the horizontal screw feeder.

The modular tubular screw conveyor system has high generality and can provide a variety of solutions for powder or granular material transportation. The screw conveyor and feeder are made of carbon steel with suitable surface treatment. They consist of a tubular groove with at least one inlet and outlet pipe, each nozzle has a welding flange, spiral welded in a central tube, each end with a connecting bushing, two end bearing components to complete automatic adjustment of the shaft seal unit, according to the total length of the screw conveyor set up a number of intermediate suspension bearings.
